Please be aware that it takes precious time by our expert jewelers to create your perfect engagement ring. Please allow 2-4 weeks for completion of your new purchase. Availability of certain designs may vary and therefore may take longer. We strive to meet our customer’s requests and rush orders are available. Please contact us for more details. For all other orders, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Please note that we carefully inspect and examine each piece before shipment to make sure it’s perfect. Rush orders may be available so just contact us for further assistance.
Shipping & Handling
We offer free shipping on all orders. All shipping is FED- EX Priority. Relax knowing that all jewelry is fully insured during transit and requires a signature at the time of delivery. Shipments are sent out M-TH.
We stand behind the quality of our diamond engagement rings and fine jewelry. It’s important to us that our clients are 100% happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all fashion jewelry and diamond engagement rings. Any engagement ring or fine jewelry piece that is considered custom cannot be returned for a refund. Returned engagement rings and fine jewelry must be in like-new condition upon receipt and any signs of wear or tear or alteration done by any other jeweler will not be accepted.
If you are returning a certified diamond engagement ring or loose diamond, the original GIA, IGI, or AGS certification must be returned with it or a fee of $150 will be charged to replace it.
Appraisals & Certifications
Every diamond engagement ring or fine jewelry piece valued at $1,000 or more will be accompanied by an insurance appraisal. Every diamond engagement ring or loose diamond purchase will be accompanied by a GIA, AGS, or IGI certificate. If you are interested in a non-certified diamond, you may call our store as we have them in stock but do not offer them online. Any non-certified diamond would be accompanied by an insurance appraisal.

We accept all major credit cards and wire transfers. Once the wire transfer has been completed by the bank, we will ship your purchase.
